• Monitoring construction of plant.
• Assuring timely delivery of machines and equipment.
• Starting production on the agreed date.

Production

• Monitoring performance of production based on high standards and industry benchmarks and achieving highest quality standards.
• Assuring best possible utilization of assets.
• Maintaining equipment in top working conditions.
• Delivering first class products in a timely fashion.

HR

• Building a stable organization with clearly defined structures and responsibilities,
• Recruiting and forming a strong team of managers.
• Developing Leader in Management and with workforce applying a firm but participative management style.
• Communicating regularly with hierarchical superior.

Financial

• Defining in co-operation with his/her hierarchical superior financial targets.
• Establishing and controlling budgets.
